The ACKD series rotary angle cylinders have the following characteristics:
Structural Design
Featuring a three-guide groove structure, they offer high guiding precision. This design ensures the cylinders maintain high accuracy and stability during operation, guaranteeing precise performance—for example, in mechanical processing scenarios requiring high precision, they can stably perform actions such as clamping and rotating.
Diverse Working Modes
Available in single-side and double-side (90°) working modes. Users can flexibly select appropriate modes based on actual work requirements and application scenarios to meet different clamping or operational needs.
Flexible Rotation Modes
Support left-handed and right-handed rotation, with rotation angles including 90° and 180°. This diversity in rotation modes and angles allows the ACKD series rotary angle cylinders to adapt to various working environments and process requirements, enabling multi-angle material handling, positioning, and other operations in automated production lines.
Practical Functions
Compact size, high force output, space-saving, fast clamping speed, and precise positioning make them essentially comparable to fixture-type manipulators. In practical use, they effectively reduce equipment space occupation, complete clamping actions quickly to improve production efficiency, and ensure processing or operational quality through precise positioning.
Optional Special Specifications
Some products offer a welding slag anti-adhesion specification (G4). These models are equipped with lubricating fibers and ring-shaped scrapers made from fiber assemblies impregnated with welding slag anti-adhesion agents, making them suitable for work environments with welding slag (e.g., welding workshops). This reduces the impact of welding slag on the cylinders and extends their service life.
Easy Operation and Maintenance
- The piston rod is equipped with one guide groove, which enables linear and rotational movements through sliding contact with guide pins.
- Using a boss allows easy centering when replacing the cylinder.
- The clamping arm direction can be easily changed based on the four-sided width of the rod end, facilitating installation, debugging, and maintenance.
