For example, the standard filtration accuracy of the Festo FRC series is 40μm, and a 5μm filter element can also be selected to meet the air quality requirements of different users.

Wide pressure adjustment range: The air pressure can be precisely adjusted to the range required by the equipment. The working pressure range of some models is 1.5 - 12bar.

Strong pressure resistance: It can withstand relatively high air pressure. For example, the maximum pressure of the Festo FRC series can reach 1.6MPa, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system in various pressure environments.

Excellent material quality: The housing usually uses materials such as die-cast zinc, which has high strength and corrosion resistance. The filter bowl and oil bowl are generally made of polycarbonate, which has good transparency and is convenient for observing the internal situation.

Reasonable structural design: Adopt a modular design, which is easy to install and uninstall. It can be disassembled and combined arbitrarily, making it convenient for installation, maintenance, and replacement of components. Some models are equipped with protective covers to provide additional protection.

With overflow function: The valve type is of the overflow type. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the overflow valve will automatically open to prevent the system from overpressure and play a protective role.

Good temperature adaptability: The ambient and fluid temperatures are generally within a certain range. For example, for the Festo FRC series, it is 0 - 60°C, which is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.

Diverse ways of condensate water drainage: There are manual or automatic condensate water drainage devices available for selection, which is convenient for users to carry out drainage operations and ensures the filtration effect and the normal operation of the equipment.

Prevention of parameter tampering: Some products prevent the set parameter values from being tampered with by locking the rotary handle, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
