Dual functions of filtration and pressure reduction: It can not only effectively filter out impurities and moisture in the compressed air, but also precisely adjust the air pressure to the range required by the equipment, providing a clean and stable air source for the equipment.

Optional filtration accuracy: The standard filtration accuracy is 25μm. At the same time, various filtration accuracies such as 5μm and 50μm are provided for selection to meet the requirements of different users for air quality.

Wide pressure adjustment range: Different models have different pressure adjustment ranges. For example, the pressure adjustment range of AC1010 is 0.05 - 0.7MPa, and the pressure adjustment range of AC2010 - 5010 is 0.05 - 0.85MPa, which can adapt to the pressure requirements of a variety of equipment.

Strong pressure resistance: The guaranteed pressure resistance is 1.5MPa, and the working pressure is 1.0MPa. It can withstand relatively high air pressure, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system in various pressure environments.

Excellent material quality: The container material is polycarbonate, which has good transparency and corrosion resistance, making it convenient to observe the internal situation. AC3010 - 5010 is equipped with a protective cover, which can provide additional protection.

Reasonable structural design: It adopts a modular design, which is easy to install and uninstall. It can be disassembled and combined arbitrarily, making it convenient for installation, maintenance, and replacement of components.

With overflow function: The valve type is of the overflow type. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the overflow valve will automatically open to prevent the system from overpressure and play a protective role.

Rich in specifications and models: There are a variety of models available for selection. The connection port diameters range from M5 to 1 inch, and the rated flow rates range from 90L/min to 4000L/min, which can meet the connection requirements of different flow rates and pipe diameters.

Good temperature adaptability: The ambient and fluid temperatures are generally between 5 - 60°C, making it suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
