Large Effective Cross-Sectional Area: Some models such as ASV310F, ASV410F, ASV510F, etc., can achieve an effective cross-sectional area approximately twice that of speed control valves. This ensures smooth gas circulation and better adapts to the large flow exhaust demand when cylinders are running at high speed.

Built-in Muffler: It has a noise reduction function, which can reduce exhaust noise by more than 20dB, effectively reducing noise pollution during the operation of the pneumatic system and improving the working environment.

Equipped with Quick-Change Fittings: Built-in quick-change fittings facilitate connection with air pipes, making installation and disassembly convenient. This saves installation time, improves work efficiency, and is also convenient for maintenance and replacement of components.

High-Quality Materials: The standard type adopts a flame-retardant resin valve body (UL standard V-0), which has good flame-retardant performance and can improve safety during use. In addition, all brass parts are nickel-plated without electrolysis, enhancing the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the parts and extending the service life of the throttle valve.

Easy Installation: It can be directly installed at the exhaust port of the solenoid valve, with flexible installation methods. The cylinder speed is easy to set, and some models also have a retaining function to prevent needle loss, facilitating operation and maintenance.
